Ming ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you use Ming, we collect information you provide directly:
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any other device data.
Your birth information is used solely to generate your BaZi chart and produce personalized readings. This data is sent to our AI service to generate your fortune readings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your profile data is stored locally on your device. When generating readings, birth data is transmitted securely to our servers over HTTPS and processed in real time. We do not retain your personal data on our servers after your reading is generated.
Ming uses the following third-party services:
Ming offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly). Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.
Ming is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may delete your profile data at any time from within the app. This removes all locally stored information. You may also contact us to request deletion of any data we may hold.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
